We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate individual to join our team as a Harley-Davidson Parts and Service Professional. As an integral member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and managing parts inventory for Harley-Davidson motorcycles. This position consists of repairing, customizing, maintaining, and overhauling both customer and dealer-owned motorcycles. Completion of factory authorized training programs such as MMI or equivalent work experience is preferred but is not required. A current motorcycle license will be required within 30 days of hire. A technician's set of tools is required at the point of hiring to properly diagnose and service our products, tool purchase assistance is available. This position will consist of assisting our awesome customers with the purchase of their DREAM motorcycle. Excellent customer service and people skills are a must! Sales background and knowledge of motorcycles is preferred but not required. A current motorcycle license will be required within 90 days of hire. Hours of operation are Tuesday-Friday 9am-6pm and Saturdays 9am-5pm.
